Spiritual Life

Every classroom is not only centered on learning our CORE curriculum, but also centered on Christ and our Catholic teachings. We pride ourselves on making every day a chance for our students to learn more about our beliefs, and in turn become closer to God. Because of this, we hope to strengthen not only their relationships with God, but their relationships with each other and their world as well.
A few of the religious activities and studies we provide are:
-
Daily Prayer
- Not only as a school in the morning, but as individual classes throughout the day.
-
Sacramental preparation
- First Reconciliation
- First Communion
- Confirmation
-
Baptism
- For our students/staff who have not been baptized yet.
- Weekly Mass
-
- Grades 2-8 host mass each week and have the opportunity to proclaim God's word.
- Each grade also has a private mass held in our chapel with the opportunity to go to reconciliation once per quarter.
- A school wide Rosary service is held annually, as well as various times throughout the year.
- Each class has the opportunity to host the Stations of the Cross during Lent.
- Each class is able to participate in a retreat to bring them closer to God.
- Community Service is required of all families to show how helping others can bring you closer to God.
